Ghazala was admitted as a solicitor in June 2003 and trained at a City practice specialising in admiralty, insurance and general commercial litigation where she acted predominately for P&I Club insurers. She joined Greenwoods Property, Insurance and Construction Group in September 2004 where she became an Associate Partner in 2009. With a particular focus on electrical, energy and construction industries, she advises on all classes of property loss including fire, flood, product liability, business interruption claims and coverage disputes. Ghazala has extensive experience of dealing with high value technically orientated disputes in the Technology and Construction Court including the defence of claims arising out of electrical fires. In her leisure time Ghazala enjoys working out in the gym, yoga and travelling. |
